Thomas Scheiter, International Student at Moorpark College, arrived in the United States from Niederwiesa, Germany, in 2007 to work for BMW. In 2010, he moved to California to work for Audi to test drive and maintain their Crest Fleet. In 2012, Thomas decided to attend Moorpark College and worked with Maureen Rauchfuss, Foreign Student Adviser, to enroll in classes. Thomas studied business, international business management, and was active in student life as President of the Business Club. He also worked as a student employee in the Math and Physical Sciences Division Office and in the Campus Printshop. In his free time, Thomas likes to restore cars, ride motorcycles, and travel.
In fall 2014, Thomas will transfer to Columbia University, New York, to study economics. Congratulations, Thomas, on your success at Moorpark College.
