Henry IV, Part I

Moorpark College Theatre Arts is proud to announce a special presentation of two of William Shakespeare’s most enduring historical masterpieces, “Henry IV Parts I & II,” to be presented in repertory March 28-April 13, 2013. This rare production of these sequential plays will showcase epic storytelling by the master of classic drama, William Shakespeare. Each play will be performed in 90 minutes without intermission. Henry IV Parts I and II are set in early fifteenth-century England during the reign of King Henry IV and follow the adventures of young Prince Hal, son of Henry IV, as he learns what it means to be a king. Henry IV Part I will be presented March 28, April 4, and April 11 at 8 p.m. Henry IV Part II will be presented March 29, April 5, and April 12 at 8 p.m. Both plays will be presented on March 30, April 6, and April 13, with Henry IV Part I being presented at 4 p.m. and Henry IV Part II being presented 8 p.m. Tickets range from $10 for students, seniors, and staff to $15 for adults.
