The Moorpark Symphony Orchestra and Moorpark College Choral Program will join
forces in a performance of the “Messiah”, the most famous oratorio of all time,
composed by George F. Händel in 1741. This year marks the 250th anniversary
of Händel’s death, and this oratorio is presented in honor of this great composer,
who died in London in 1759. Directed by James Song and Vail Keck. The performances are March 7 at 8 pm and March 8 at 4 pm on the Main Stage of the Performing Arts Center. Tickets are sold online at ww.moorparkcollege.edu/pac or by phone at the box office 805 378-1485. |
