Concrete
Concrete replacement has begun in various locations around campus. Please be careful.
Additional areas of concrete are also scheduled for replacement later on in the fall semester.
Parking
Various campus parking lots are being effected beginning this month and over the next two years due to construction of the Health Science and Academic Center buildings.
- The Communications parking lot now houses the SX 1-4 classroom trailers. The lot will reopen for parking when the Academic Center is completed.
- Capacity of the F parking lot has been reduced by about 40 percent during this construction period.
- Parking lot S is in the "footprint" of the new Health Science building and will be closed.
- 17 spaces of Handicapped Parking north of LMC have been lost to provide a "lay-down" area for construction material throughout the Health Science construction project. 10 handicapped parking spaces have been added by restriping all the spaces to the east of the AA building.
- Additionally, the 28 handicapped spaces in parking lot B are accessible via the ramp system in front of Fountain Hall.
