The Moorpark College Student Nurse Association is sponsoring a presentation on a Medical Mission to Haiti by Tom Cottrell, RN. Childrens Hospital Los Angeles sent two teams to Haiti for medical relief following the earthquake. Tom Cottrell, RN, who works in the Emergency Room at Childrens Hospital, will share his photos and discuss the mission to Haiti, including challenges they face as the people of Haiti move forward after the earthquake. The “Medical Mission to Haiti” presentation will be Monday, November 1, 2010, at Noon in the Performing Arts Center (PAC).
