Thirty-three new nurses graduate from Moorpark College program
Thirty-three new nurses will complete the Associate Degree Nursing Program and will be eligible to take the national board of Registered Nursing examination. The traditional pinning ceremony is to be held May 17, 2007 at the Moorpark College Performing Arts Center at 7 pm.
The ceremony includes recognition of the Moorpark College Nursing Association Officers, awards for volunteering through the Volunteers 4 You! and Red Cross organization. Each student will receive their pin from a member of their family or faculty who had assisted them in achieving their goal. The conclusion of the event will include a traditional candle lighting ceremony.
