As a dancer, I have always been involved in health and wellness.  I have degrees in Kinesiology, Dance, and Sociology, with special training in movement analysis, body conditioning, and somatic practices.  I am also a certified Pilates instructor.  My teaching approach is rooted in my love of movement as both an aesthetic expression and physical science.  I’m inspired to share my passion and guide students to develop functional strength, mind-body awareness, and balance in every sense of the word.  I also teach at CSUN and train private clients in Ventura and L.A.
