Communication Studies

Program Purpose:

Students who complete Communication Studies classes will be able to organize and convey their ideas in oral, written, and/or performance settings.

Degree in Communication Studies:

Students completing the Associate of Arts Degree in Communication Studies will be able to:

• Effectively communicate their ideas through oral performance.
• Effectively communicate in interpersonal, group, and intercultural settings.
• Critically evaluate messages presented in a variety of contexts.
