Consider co-curricular involvement with club or organization related to your major or career interests and take on a leadership role.
Demonstrate your commitment to the community by participating in at least one volunteer activity or project. Staying connected outside of your academic path will make you more marketable to an employer and also give insight into your passions and interests.

CAREER WEEK:
Career Week is a week-long event intended to bring Moorpark College students and employers together for informative discussions regarding career paths, as well as introducing regional high school students to the academic and career options available. Students will discover and explore career paths, while connecting with industry professionals and recruiters.
CAREER & INTERNSHIP EXPO:
The Career & Internship Expo takes place in Raider Quad and connects students with employers. The event is held as part of Career Week.
TRANSFER DAY & SOCIAL: It's an exciting time of the academic year when students celebrate their transfer goals at Moorpark College and anticipate the next chapter of their education. Virtual events and opportunities are available at the beginning of Fall and Spring semesters.
