Free Microsoft Office for Instructors 

Open Education Resources Lowering Boundaries: OER's are resources available at little or no cost that can be used for teaching, learning, or research. Some examples are textbooks, course readings, articles, course packs, quizzes, streaming videos, and virtually any other material that is used for educational purchases. 

Jing: A free screen capture program that allows users either take a picture or record a video of their computer screen, and can be uploaded to the Web, FTP, computer, or clipboard. 

Camtasia: Software suite that allows the creation of video tutorials and presentation via screencast. (Limited product codes available) Contact Instructional Designer for product key (tbosket@vcccd.edu).

XanEdu: Since 1999, XanEdu has helped organizations tailor engaging learning experiences that fit learners' needs, while also fitting their increasingly-mobile lives. 

TurnItIn is a plagiarism prevention service which VCCCD currently has a district-wide license. Any Moorpark College faculty member may use this service. 

INTELECOM Online is a digital media library and learning object repository for higher education. All Moorpark faculty and students have access to this service. 

Respondus is an exam management program that allows you to create question banks, import publisher question banks, and create tests. It can also be used to import and export quizzes to and from Canvas.
