The ASMC Board of Directors meet once a week. Unless otherwise stated on the upcoming meeting's agenda, all ASMC Board of Directors meetings will take place weekly* on Tuesdays from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. in the ASMC Conference Room, located in the Student Activities Office in the Moorpark College Campus Center. (*ASMC does not meet during the last week of classes, during finals weeks, or on weeks when classes are not in session.)

Inter-Club Council Agendas and Minutes
2017-2018 ASMC Director of Student Organizations: Donna Rahgoshay
The ASMC Inter-Club Council (ICC) provides direction and mentorship to Moorpark College student organizations, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to operate their clubs effectively. All active Moorpark College student organizations are a part of the ICC, and each student organization has a voting representative participate on behalf of their respective club. As an ad hoc committee, the ICC has monthly meetings, traditionally the last Wednesday or Thursday of each month. Please see the agendas below for meeting locations and times.

2017-2018 Programming Committee Chair: ASMC Director of Finance Houston Holohan
The ASMC Programming Committee provides financial support for extracurricular campus activities, programs, and resources for students of Moorpark College. All officially recognized student organizations and college departments may apply for programming funds. All groups who request programming funds are invited to attend the AS Programming Committee meeting in which their proposal will be reviewed. The Programming Committee meets semi-monthly in the Associated Students Conference Room, located in the Student Activities Office in the Moorpark College Campus Center.
