HOW TO REFER STUDENTS TO THE MATH OR WRITING/READING CENTER

Faculty or counselors must refer students in order for those students to be seen in individual and group tutoring at the Math, Writing/Reading, or Learning Centers.

Course Faculty: please use the selection box in your course roster (in MyVCCCD) to make that referal.

Counselors: Please use the form below to refer students.

Complete the form
Be sure to include the reason for the referral
Send form with the student or return it to Brendan Purdy for math or Sciences, and to Kathryn Adams for all other subjects.
