Student Outreach Department

The mission of the Outreach department is to facilitate enrollment at Moorpark College by providing: 1) pre-admissions information to all prospective students, 2) ensuring access to and knowledge of campus resources, 3) promoting academic, career and student services to all prospective students and the community, 4) coordinating on-campus and community outreach events, 5) representing the college at off-campus sites (6) integrating matriculation, public relations, student services, and career technical education to create a comprehensive student centered program.

The Outreach department serves as the central location for request of information and is currently located in the "Answer Center" of Fountain Hall. Trained student ambassadors conduct the campus tour program, highlight student services, assist faculty/staff and coordinate visits with prospective students, school sites and the community.
