1. The first step in deciding which courses to take is to attend a New Student Orientation. This is step #3 of the Steps for New Students.  See Steps for New Students to take you to the steps.

2. If you have attended a New Student Orientation and need further assistance, see Online Orientation.

3. Most IMPORTANT! Take some time during The First 15 to explore  career and major options through the Career and Transfer Center or take a Counseling Course, see Life Planning for further information.

4. Finally, make an appointment to meet with an academic counselor prior to registering for the next term. Beat the rush by booking and attending your appointment in September-October for the Fall Semester and February-April for the Spring Semester. Call 378-1428 or stop by the Counseling Office to book your appointment.
