Moorpark College Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology 

This 24 month Radiography Program prepares the graduate to perform all diagnostic procedures in an X-ray department, as well as other health care settings.  All required courses in the Radiography major must be completed with a letter grade of "C" or better. All General Education courses must be completed in order to sit for the licensure exam. The application period for this program is February 1 to February 28 yearly. Applications must be submitted to the Health Science Department in one sealed envelope with all official sealed college transcripts including Moorpark, Ventura and Oxnard.  


Admission Requirements

STEP 1:

Prerequisites Courses for Application to the Radiologic Technology Program

Student has to have completed these courses by application time.  Contact your Health Science Counselor for a personal evaluation.

*NOTE: Effective the application period of Spring 2020, along with all other necessary prerequisite courses necessary for applying,  NS M17/RADT M17 Health Care Ethics will need to have been completed prior to applying to the program.*
