Meeting your basic needs is essential to your quality of life! There are many community resources available to all students whether in Ventura or Los Angeles Counties.

Federal financial aid is available to all students! The key to qualifying for financial aid is to apply by going to FAFSA.gov

Search for free or reduced cost services like medical care, food, job training, and more.

Raider Central is your one-stop shop for free basic resources to help you succeed in school. Raider Central provides free food, clothing, personal hygiene items, and assistance with housing and social services coordinated through community providers so you can focus on your classwork.

All currently enrolled students qualify for the following *FREE* resources through Raider Central:

• Grab-and-go snack items and beverages, as well as non-perishable groceries
• Gently used seasonal clothing and business attire
• Personal hygiene products and shower kits
• CalFresh sign-up assistance
• Campus services referrals
• Housing referral assistance
• Other community resource referrals
• Information about free or reduced transportation

Is located in the Campus Center, is designed to promote wellness and enable students to complete their education. Raider Central is committed to providing an equitable educational environment that fosters compassion and respect, welcomes diversity, and supports students in various circumstances.

California State Universities are doing a 'transfer week!'

All 23 campuses will present a live session to provide a campus overview, information about the admission process and a question and answer portion. If students are not able to attend, all sessions will be recorded and available on the CSU Week website!

The Tay Tunnel Center in Oxnard provides computer, shower, laundry, and kitchen services to young adults in need.
