Career Transfer Center

Welcome Moorpark College Students!  The mission of the Career component of the Career Transfer Center is to assist students in the career education, planning and development process.  We provide assistance for students to explore options and enhance their understanding of job search techniques. 
On this site you have the option of:

  • research labor market trends:
    • California Resources (California Occupational Guide)- Provides career planning information, labor market information, job listing resources, wage & benefit information and training resources.  Search options by industry sector, specific job, in-demand jobs and education required.  State and county level information is also available.
    • National Resources (O*Net)-Large source of occupational information, providing comprehensive labor market information such as job descriptions, wages and benefits, education required, job outlook and growth projections.

If you are applying for an on campus job, you must first fill out a generic student worker application on the district website. After you have completed this generic student worker application, you can upload to any on campus job posting from above that you find on our website.
