2012-2013

The following dates/deadlines apply to the 2012-2013 academic school year.

Apply for the FAFSA online:January 1, 2012

Cal Grant deadline - September 2, 2012
You must have the following applications/forms completed:
1. FAFSA application
2. GPA verification form

Last date to add a full semester class (NO REVISIONS will be made to your financial aid award(s) after this date). This means that your award will increase or decrease according to your enrollment status as of the dates below:

October 8, 2012
Spring 2013
March 8, 2013                                                                                                                                               Summer 2013                                                                                                                                                *Dates vary, check the schedule of classes for the last day to withdraw without a "W"

Disbursement Dates:

Summer 2013:

1st Disbursement: June 28th and weekly there after

2nd Disbursement July 19th

*You will receive your refund from Higher One according to your chosen preference approximately   7- 21 days after a payment appears on your my.vcccd portal account
