The Health Center now accepts FAMILY PACT

If you have a Family Pact (green) Card, be sure to use it at your next visit to the Health Center.

If you do not have a Family Pact Card, stop in to fill out the application and if you qualify, we will be happy to issue you one! You can also download the application from the forms page on this website and bring it with you when you come to the Health Center.

Cholesterol Testing

The Health Center offers Cholesterol Testing for all staff members and students. This years test dates are October 7th, November 18th, March 10th and April 21st. The cost for this service is $15.00. This testing is done on a first come, first serve basis from 8:00 am to 9:30 am. The test dates will be limited to the first 30 individuals who sign up. If you are interested, please call or stop by the Health Center to add your name to the list. Results can be mailed to you if you provide us with a self-addressed stamped envelope or you can pick up the results the week after the screening.
