Building Connections with Prospective International Students
International students have a longer decision-making process and expect greater frequency of communication from admissions reps. That’s one of the reasons why students around the world are using CollegeWeekLive. International students tell us they find great comfort from chatting with current college students to get a real sense of each school, and like being able to connect at any time throughout the enrollment process.
We are pleased to share some exciting trends:
- EducationUSA and the U.S. State Dept. actively promote our international events.
- Last year over 260 colleges participated in our online international events.
- 15,200 students from 192 countries participated in our last international event.
- This resulted in 33,275 college visits, 102% growth year over year.
- We have strong participation from students in India, China, and Brazil.
Our new International Membership provides unlimited opportunities to chat with students online anytime and participate in six of the world’s largest virtual events for international students.
