Mission Statement

Welcome to Student Health Services!

We believe that good health is essential to student success. Our goal is for students to develop holistically in social, emotional, physical and intellectual domains. We accomplish this by offering opportunities for students to prevent disease, improve their health, along with health education to assist in identifying correlations between their personal health and academic, personal, and career success.    

 We accomplish this by:

1. Providing a wide-spectrum of services: medical, psychological, and health education
2. Providing easy and equal access to our services
3. Being the principal advocate for a healthy campus community
4. Delivering quality services efficiently and effectively

Confidentiality Statement

All medical and personal counseling records are confidential with legal restraints. The records are NOT part of the student's academic records. Information will not be released without the student's consent. For more information, please review the Student Health Services Privacy Act.

Treatment of Minors

The State of California requires parental consent prior to treatment of minors, which is anyone under the age of eighteen. To submit a consent form please download and complete the Minors Consent Form in Word or PDF format.
