Why try our one song workouts?
Studies show that even short bursts of exercise produce positive health outcomes.
Individuals are recommended to get 150 minutes of exercise a week, but it does not have to be in large chunks (CDC). Therefore, individuals could try to do two, ten minute workouts a day instead of dedicating larger continuous chunks of time.
"In a new study published today in the American Journal of Health Promotion, University of Utah researchers found that even brief episodes of physical activity that exceed a certain level of intensity can have as positive an effect on weight" (University of Utah, 2013).
