COVID-19 Pandemic Recommendations for Admissions & Records Services:

  • The college remains open so that students and the general public can obtain information and assistance by email, phone, and other virtual methods of communication.

  • Students and the general public will have access to  on-site services as of 8/2/21.  Before then urgent issues can be handled by appointment with the Registrar, Dave Anter.  Make an appointment request directly from your account sent to    

  • Email requests and attach documents for submission as needed at

  • Email a request for an online meeting link for a time when you are available with WIFI on a mobile device or a computer.  

  • All requests must come from your account.


The Admissions & Records Office is responsible for admissions, registration, and for the accuracy and maintenance of all student records. We offer convenient access to registration, grades, class, catalog and other essential information via MyVCCCD.

Admission to Moorpark College is open to any high school graduate, anyone possessing a high school proficiency certificate, a General Education Diploma (GED), or any adult 18 years of age or older and capable of benefiting from instruction. Students entering any of the public community colleges of California are subject to the residency requirements by the State of California.

OPEN TO ENROLLMENT: Each course offered by the Ventura County Community College District and its colleges is open to enrollment and participation by any person who has been admitted to the college and who meets the prerequisites to the class or program, unless specifically exempted by statute.
