About the University Transfer Center
The University Transfer Center offers a variety of transfer services, resources, and activities designed to support you with your transfer needs. Our services are designed to enhance your transfer experience by offering transfer application assistance workshops, application review, and assistance with scheduling one-on-one appointments and workshops with Admissions Representatives from colleges and universities all across the United States.

UC Campuses open for winter/spring 2026
UC Merced and UC Santa Cruz will be accepting transfer applications for winter quarter/spring semester 2026. The application filing period is July 1–31. After July 1, students can check to ensure that their major is available for winter quarter/spring semester enrollment.
