While this degree plan for a Theatre Arts Certificate in Acting fulfills the basic Moorpark College requirements, students should consult the Moorpark College catalog for complete list of courses as well as any transfer institution that may have specific requirements for transfer. Aspiring actors may accept entry-level jobs in radio and television stations as well as other media and performance art industries. Independent film production companies typically cast inexperienced actors.

• Cabaret singer or dancer
• Historical re-enactor
