We are gathering items for gift baskets and raffle prizes now!  Please take a look at our latest donors! In the meantime, know that your Holiday elves are working hard to create the ultimate sponsored items. Classified Senate is asking for your support for our upcoming Campus-wide Holiday Luncheon.  This year's event will serve as a wonderful way to bring the campus community together in a time of celebration. MAKE A BID

We will have an assortment of wonderful items, events and private leadership opportunities for you to bid on, so don’t forget to bring your checkbooks!  Silent auction bids will close promptly at 12:15 p.m.  All proceeds will go toward the classified employees’ years of service awards and scholarships.

WINTER GEAR DONATION

Donate a small blanket, an umbrella, or adult unisex winter clothing (hoodie, sweatshirt, sweatpants, socks). All donated items will be given to the Moorpark College Raider Central. Please bring them with you to the designated area at the luncheon.  Each donation will receive one ticket for the Chance Raffle. 

 

TAKE A CHANCE

You may purchase additional raffle tickets for $1 each or six for $5. 

 

GIFTS FOR ALL

All paid event attendees will be eligible to win a door prize. 

SWEET TREATS

Start thinking about which of your holiday treats you’d like to contribute to the dessert table!  Click here to sign-up to bring a dessert.  You will receive reminder emails prior to the event. You will enter into a Holiday wonderland with a global flair. Your Holiday elves committee will transform the Campus enter Dining room into a magical place where food and deserts, costume and ambiance remind us that we are one family whose members come from far and wide! Please sign up now, and treat a best friend too! Feel free to don your favorite ancestral costume for our festive lunch excursion!

FESTIVE FOOD

We will have an on-site fully catered Taco bar with all the trimmings, including vegan choices, and festive Frescas as well as a  plethora of desserts and gift give-aways. 

AUCTION ITEMS

We already have some fantastic auction items; from a power lunch with the chancellor and president, to holiday gift baskets and event give-aways from far and wide. EATM Wild lights tickets and VIP tours. Ojai Spa days and vintage wines. BUT we need more and also ask you for  donations of gift baskets and other items to be used for our auction, raffles, and door prizes. Questions?
