University Transfer Center Annual Events
Our Transfer Day Fair is an event that provides students an opportunity to meet with over 45 college and university representatives to ask questions to and collect materials. This event takes place August 31, 2023 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM in the Quad and along Raider Walk.
Participating institutions include:

University of California (UC) representatives
Private and Independent California Colleges and University representatives
Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCU) representative
Out-of-state Colleges and University representatives

CSUs: Bakersfield, Channel Islands, Chico, Fresno, Cal Poly Humboldt, Los Angeles, Northridge, and Sonoma.

At the end of Spring Semester we celebrate students who are transferring to universities during our Transfer Social.

There are numerous majors and programs to choose from. If you are exploring, please visit the Exploratory Area of Interest as well as Career Services - Major and Career Exploration. Moorpark College has workshops and counseling services to guide you through the process of choosing a major depending upon your interest. The Career Fair in the Spring, sometimes highlights special programs, employment opportunities and career preparatory information. Keep your eyes open for Major Awareness activities!
Career Week is a week-long event intended to bring Moorpark College students and employers together for informative discussions regarding career paths, as well as introducing middle school and high school students to the academic and career options available. Students will discover and explore career paths, while connecting with industry professionals and recruiters.
